School Advisory Committee

The purpose of the School Advisory Committee is to review and define the policies that shall govern the operation of St. Matthias School and to recommend these policies to the Parish council for approval when appropriate. The committee shall provide counsel and advice to the school principal in the operation of St. Matthias School. The committee shall also provide a forum in which parents/guardians can articulate their values and express their wishes regarding the school educational program.

Membership of the Committee shall consist of the Principal (ex officio), nine elected school parent/guardian representatives, and representation from the Parish Council.
